At Promote Training we understand that you may find yourself in situations that require sensitivity and skill in dealing with people who may become anxious, distressed or aggressive. By the very nature that you are caring for some of the most vulnerable individuals in society there is also a high risk to you from those very people you are caring for.
We want to share with you our de-escalation and physical intervention skills that protect the dignity and rights of the people you will be working with, whilst also recognising your rights and dignity.
Through attending our courses you will be given effective and practical techniques that are not over complicated and can be easily recalled when needed. We promise you we won`t use jargon, make up new terminology or teach you more techniques than you actually need.
We will give you the skills and knowledge that you can use ethically, legally and morally.

All instructors are qualified physical skills coaches as well as qualified instructors and are accredited with the National Federation of Personal Safety (NFPS) and are members of the European Network of Trainers in the Management of Aggression (ENTMA) and the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM).
